18 years inside the brands you know, now built for businesses your size

Identity systems built to survive the real world: cards, signage, apparel, screens. Shown here on our own mark.

Brand, website, ads and follow-up made by different people, pulling in different directions.
Not because the work is bad. Because nothing is designed to compound.
We build the system the tactics run on, then put AI agents inside it.

Eighteen years across brand, creative direction, marketing, web and production, inside Citi, Colgate, KPMG and T-Mobile campaigns. Brand Works Media is the deliberate answer to the pattern: businesses don't need more disconnected services, they need one system.

A complete CRM and operations system, client and technician apps, all synced. First quarter of operations.

Positioning, mark and identity system for a Florida claims company nobody could name yet. The brand became the base for the automation, the website and the ads that followed.
Statewide brand recognition; the company is now the number one claims solutions provider in Florida.

Brand reinforcement for a company selling luxury home warranties to high-end property owners, so the site, the apps and every operations screen spoke the same language.
From zero sales to four subscribers a day in the first quarter of operations.

The visual system for a Lenovo-branded Gran Turismo driving experience on retail floors from Guatemala to Panama and Colombia, and for the SPIFF prize catalog behind it.
Lenovo sales up 43% by the second quarter.

Identity and promotional materials for a KPMG-branded golf tournament built for top-level corporate networking, plus the firm's visual media presentations, 2016 to 2018.
KPMG positioned as the number one auditor in the country.
A brand nobody can misread makes the website easier to build, the campaigns cheaper to run and the agents easier to train. Position first; the rest compounds.
Brand design starts at $800 for the base package: a company brand interview, three proposals presented with mockups, and, once a mark is chosen, the files in Illustrator and PNG with the colour palette and suggested fonts. A brand book is a separate piece. The exact price comes in a fixed-scope proposal after a free 30-minute Strategy Session.
No, but it is the fastest way to find out whether the brand is the layer that is actually hurting. The Strategic Diagnostic takes five minutes and shows the weakest of six stages.
Yes. Start with the free Logo Analyzer: it scores simplicity, legibility at small sizes, colour, balance and versatility, and tells you the three things we would fix first.
Illustrator source files and PNG exports of the chosen mark, the colour palette with values, and the fonts we recommend pairing with the brand.
Design and build, UX, and the on-site tools that qualify a visitor while you sleep. One offer above the fold, one next step, and a form that lands somewhere a person actually looks.
02 · WebsiteFast, mobile-first, built on your brand system. No template look, no page that takes four seconds to load.
One headline, one action per page, tested on the phone your customers actually use.
Quizzes, analyzers and calculators that give the visitor something and give you a scored lead.
Every submission lands in the CRM, assigned, with a timer. Nothing sits in an inbox nobody owns.

A site rebuilt around one offer and one next step, with SEO underneath, wired to an AI lead collector so every enquiry lands in the system that answers it.
About 1,000 leads a month at a 25% conversion rate, the highest in their industry.

Website design for an affluent buyer, then the operational core: a dedicated console for every role in the process flow, a client mobile app and a technician mobile app, all synced.
Replaced a custom Zoho CRM and spreadsheets; zero to four subscribers a day in the first quarter.

The Logo Analyzer, the Strategic Diagnostic and the booking flow you are using now run on the stack we install for clients: on-device measurement, an AI provider chain, a scored lead, an email, a calendar event.
Every visitor gets a read in five minutes and Ivan sees a scored brief before the call.
A site that converts tells you exactly what to send traffic to, and gives the AI agents a clean lead to work with. Convert before you spend on Reach.
Website design depends on add-ons and content length, so it is priced after the initial meeting, in a fixed-scope proposal. Every site is built on your brand system and wired to your CRM.
Yes. Structure, speed, metadata and structured data ship with the build. Ongoing SEO and digital marketing starts at $1,800 a month.

Social media agents, chatbots, an AI lead collector and AI mailing campaigns, built before a dollar went to ads, so every lead is answered and followed up without a person remembering to.
About 1,000 leads a month at a 25% conversion rate.

An AI chatbot and automation running on a CRM and operations system we built from scratch: one console per role, client and technician apps, everything synced.
Zero to four subscribers a day in the first quarter of operations.

Koby, the chat agent on this site, plus the Logo Analyzer, the Strategic Diagnostic and the booking flow: the same provider chain, scored leads and automations we install for clients.
Every visitor gets a read in five minutes; every routed conversation becomes a logged lead.
Agents are only as good as the brand voice they write in, the site they hand off from and the campaigns that feed them. Automate is the fourth layer because it multiplies the other three.
Lead qualification, follow-up sequences in your voice, booking and intake, and reporting agents that write a weekly pipeline read. Koby, the chat agent on this site, is one of ours.
Yes. Agents run inside the CRM, inbox, calendar and ad accounts you already use, from HubSpot and Zoho to custom operations systems like the one we built for Omnio.
About two weeks from the process audit to a working agent in your stack, measured against last month.
A process audit for agentic automation starts at $100 an hour. The agents themselves are priced after the audit, in a fixed-scope proposal.
We audit your funnel and stack, then design and build the agents that qualify, follow up and report, inside the tools your team already uses. Your team keeps the wheel.
A lead-pipeline agent, liveReads every inbound form, scores fit, routes hot leads to a rep in under a minute.
Writes and sends the first three touches from the CRM record. Human reply-to.
Turns one approved piece into channel-ready variants your team signs off on.
Weekly pipeline narrative in plain English, not a dashboard nobody opens.
Two weeks to a working agent in your stack with a number attached. Fractional leadership available if you want Ivan in the room weekly.
Where leads stall, what the tools can already do.
Built where the biggest stall is. Measured against last month.
Your people own it; we document it.
Repeat, or bring Ivan in weekly.
Measured on your device against the rules good marks follow: simplicity, legibility at small sizes, colour discipline, balance, versatility. A vision model adds the distinctiveness and type read. Then the three things we'd do first.
Fourteen questions. Your executive summary appears on screen, free, no signup. The full six-stage report is yours for an email.
Four engagements, four different entry layers. Each one shows what the client came in with, what we built in what order, and the number that moved.

Thousands of leads a month with a 25% conversion rate during extreme weather periods.
Problem. A capable claims team with no brand anyone could name, leads arriving by phone and email and handled by hand, and a website that described services instead of winning them.
Strategy. Position first, then automate the intake before spending on reach, so every dollar of traffic would land in a system that answers in a minute.
What we built, in order. Brand design (positioning, mark, identity system). AI automation: social media agents, chatbots, an AI lead collector and AI mailing campaigns. Website redesign with SEO. Then Google Ads on top of a funnel that was already converting.
What changed. Statewide brand recognition, about 1,000 leads a month, and a 25% conversion rate, the highest in their industry.
"Thanks to Brand Works Media, Black Diamond Claims Solutions is now the number one claims solutions provider in the state of Florida."

Problem. Omnio sells luxury home warranties to high-end property owners. Operations ran on a custom Zoho CRM and spreadsheets: no shared process, no view of a client from sale to service call.
Strategy. Treat the operation as the product. Reinforce the brand, rebuild the site to convert an affluent buyer, then give every role in the process flow its own console and connect the apps to it.
What we built. Digital marketing consulting and brand reinforcement. Website design. A complete CRM and operational system with a dedicated operations console for each employee in the process flow. A client mobile app and a technician mobile app, all synced together. An AI chatbot and automation on top.
What changed. From zero sales to four subscribers a day in the first quarter of operations.

Problem. The Gamer line needed to stand out in major retailers from Guatemala to Panama and Colombia, on floors where every laptop brand looks the same and the sales staff decide what gets recommended.
Strategy. Win the floor twice: give shoppers an experience worth stopping for, and give sales staff a reason to sell Lenovo first.
What we built. A Lenovo-branded Gran Turismo driving experience as the in-store activation across every major store carrying the brand. A SPIFF app: a catalog of Lenovo-branded prizes that floor sales people redeem with points earned from their sales.
What changed. Lenovo sales up 43% by the second quarter.

Problem. A global firm with a local reputation to build, in a market where audit and advisory decisions are made face to face, at the highest corporate level. No automation, no AI: this one was won with public relations and event marketing.
Strategy. Create the room instead of waiting for an invitation to it. An annual KPMG-branded golf tournament designed for top-level corporate networking and first-hand relationships with decision makers, carried by one brand system across three years.
What we built. The tournament brand and experience, end to end: identity, invitations, on-course branding, hospitality and follow-up. Alongside it, KPMG's visual media presentations and promotional materials for the local practice.
What changed. Over 2016 to 2018, KPMG positioned as the number one auditor in Nicaragua, with the relationships to prove it.

This page is a general template written to match how the site works today. Have it reviewed by legal counsel before relying on it.
Our own code does not set cookies. It uses localStorage, a store in your browser that only this site can read. It holds one entry, bwm_lead, with what you have entered and the results you have generated: website, industry, diagnostic answers and scores, the logo read, your name and email once you give them, and booking details. The tools read it so you never type the same thing twice, and the Report page uses it to show your summary. It stays until you clear it and never expires on its own. It is only sent to us when you finish a tool or submit a form.
We do not use advertising cookies, social media pixels or cross-site trackers.
To clear what this site stores, open your browser's site settings for brandworksmedia.com and clear the site data, or use a private window. Clearing it resets your diagnostic and the pre-filled forms; nothing else breaks.
