01 · Position · The Growth System

A clear reason to exist. And the system to carry it.

Positioning, identity and messaging built together, so the card, the site and the ad all say the same thing. This is where the Growth System starts when nobody can say what you do.

Enter here if: nobody can say what you do, or the look changes every time someone new touches it.
01 · Brand
What this layer includes

One sentence, one mark, one voice. Written once, used everywhere.

Positioning

Who it is for, what it fixes, why you. One sentence the whole company can say without checking.

Identity system

Mark, wordmark, color, type and the rules that keep them consistent on a business card and a billboard.

Messaging architecture

Headline, proof points and tone of voice, so ads, site and sales say the same thing.

Brand book & files

Guidelines, templates and production-ready assets your team and vendors can actually use.

Examples of the work

Brands made to hold together across markets, vendors and years.

Not case studies. What we did, and what changed. Names shown where the client allows it.

OmnioBrand reinforcement for a luxury buyer

Brand reinforcement for a company selling luxury home warranties to high-end property owners, so the site, the apps and every operations screen spoke the same language.

What changed

From zero sales to four subscribers a day in the first quarter of operations.

LenovoGamer line activation identity

The visual system for a Lenovo-branded Gran Turismo driving experience on retail floors from Guatemala to Panama and Colombia, and for the SPIFF prize catalog behind it.

What changed

Lenovo sales up 43% by the second quarter.

KPMG NicaraguaTournament and event brand

Identity and promotional materials for a KPMG-branded golf tournament built for top-level corporate networking, plus the firm's visual media presentations, 2016 to 2018.

What changed

KPMG positioned as the number one auditor in the country.

Where it connects

Brand feeds the next layer.

A brand nobody can misread makes the website easier to build, the campaigns cheaper to run and the agents easier to train. Position first; the rest compounds.

Questions we get asked
What does brand design cost?

Brand design starts at $800 for the base package: a company brand interview, three proposals presented with mockups, and, once a mark is chosen, the files in Illustrator and PNG with the colour palette and suggested fonts. A brand book is a separate piece. The exact price comes in a fixed-scope proposal after a free 30-minute Strategy Session.

Do I need a diagnostic before a rebrand?

No, but it is the fastest way to find out whether the brand is the layer that is actually hurting. The Strategic Diagnostic takes five minutes and shows the weakest of six stages.

Can you work with the logo I already have?

Yes. Start with the free Logo Analyzer: it scores simplicity, legibility at small sizes, colour, balance and versatility, and tells you the three things we would fix first.

What files do I receive?

Illustrator source files and PNG exports of the chosen mark, the colour palette with values, and the fonts we recommend pairing with the brand.
