Problem. Omnio sells luxury home warranties to high-end property owners. Operations ran on a custom Zoho CRM and spreadsheets: no shared process, no view of a client from sale to service call.
Strategy. Treat the operation as the product. Reinforce the brand, rebuild the site to convert an affluent buyer, then give every role in the process flow its own console and connect the apps to it.

Problem. A global firm with a local reputation to build, in a market where audit and advisory decisions are made face to face, at the highest corporate level. No automation, no AI: this one was won with public relations and event marketing.
Strategy. Create the room instead of waiting for an invitation to it. An annual KPMG-branded golf tournament designed for top-level corporate networking and first-hand relationships with decision makers, carried by one brand system across three years.
What we built. The tournament brand and experience, end to end: identity, invitations, on-course branding, hospitality and follow-up. Alongside it, KPMG's visual media presentations and promotional materials for the local practice.

We use a small number of service providers. Each receives only what it needs for its job, and only when we have it switched on.
Lead records and events sit in a log on our server until you ask us to delete them or we clear it. AI answers are cached for 30 days, keyed by a hash of the image or the scores; the cache holds the written read, not your logo file. Anything in your browser's local storage stays until you clear it.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@brandworksmedia.com from the address you used and we will handle it within 30 days.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not hand it to anyone for their own marketing.
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
Traffic runs over HTTPS. Form submissions are rate-limited, every field is capped and cleaned, and provider keys live on the server, never in the page. No system is perfectly secure; if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.
When this policy changes we update the date at the top. If a change matters, we will say so on the site.

Our own code does not set cookies. It uses localStorage, a store in your browser that only this site can read. It holds one entry, bwm_lead, with what you have entered and the results you have generated: website, industry, diagnostic answers and scores, the logo read, your name and email once you give them, and booking details. The tools read it so you never type the same thing twice, and the Report page uses it to show your summary. It stays until you clear it and never expires on its own. It is only sent to us when you finish a tool or submit a form.
We do not use advertising cookies, social media pixels or cross-site trackers.
To clear what this site stores, open your browser's site settings for brandworksmedia.com and clear the site data, or use a private window. Clearing it resets your diagnostic and the pre-filled forms; nothing else breaks.
Blocking third-party cookies does not affect the tools. Blocking scripts from challenges.cloudflare.com may stop the report and booking forms from submitting when bot protection is on.
